Getting to know the project „Be my friend“
In Primary school Grigor Vitez, Zagreb, in cooperation with journalist Jasmina Kos, the project “Be my friend” is being implemented. It is a project through which we raise awareness among students, school staff, parents, the immediate and wider community about the need for greater inclusion of children with vision, hearing problems. That’s why a 3D picture book was created, accompanied by an audio recording and Braille. We presented the project to our Erasmus partners, showed a picture book and a 3D version of the story. In the classes, they got to know how we introduce sign language to all the students of our school.
